        If the Letter of Agreement meets your needs, you’ll sign it and send it to me, along with the agreed-upon retainer fee. I’ll countersign and provide you with a copy. You’ll also send me any information you’ve already collected that is pertinent to the project, and I’ll begin researching. As research progresses and the retainer is utilized, I’ll furnish you with a progress report.
